Tips for a helpful maintenance request
Describe what, where and when
Say which room or appliance is affected, what you are seeing or hearing, and when it started.
Limit further damage safely
Water leaks
If it is safe, shut off the fixture's water valve and move belongings away from the water.
Electrical problems
Do not touch sparking outlets or exposed wiring. Turn off the breaker only if you can do so safely.
Entry permission
Checking the permission box tells our team you're comfortable with entry if you aren't home. Entry is still subject to your lease and Michigan law.
